1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Anaasa Resorts (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

2. Reservations and Cancellations

All reservations are subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Resort Rules

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any damage to resort property will be charged to the guest. Anaasa Resorts reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Anaasa Resorts, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
